First i love the packaging, always handled with care! The sleeveless hoodie is gorgeous and SO SOFT ! I did not expect it to be so soft and lightweight , this is super breathable! The design is and stitching on the chest and sleeves is top tier ! This has exceeded my expectations and I love the color. But on top of everything else about this product the customer service experience was above and beyond. I was having trouble with the website and the owner/staff helped me step by step not mention was so responsive when I was having an issue. They make the shopping experience far beyond anything and makes you a forever patron! Love LOST SHEEP
