Lost Sheep Fashions Shipping Policy

At Lost Sheep Fashions, we are truly grateful for every order placed with us. Your support means everything to our family-owned brand, and we work hard to make sure your pieces arrive safely and on time.

Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within the timeframe listed on the product page (please note that pre-orders have separate ship dates).

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • All packages are shipped through trusted carriers (UPS, USPS, or other listed providers).

Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. Lost Sheep Fashions is not liable for packages that are delivered and then lost, stolen, or misplaced.

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we kindly ask that you:

  1. Check around your delivery area (front door, side door, mailbox, leasing office, neighbors, etc.).

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

  3. If shipped to a PO Box, apartment complex, or third-party mail service, please contact the PO Box provider or property management office for assistance.

Shipping carriers are responsible for the package once it leaves our facility, and they are best equipped to investigate delivery issues.

Tips to Protect Your Delivery

To avoid potential issues, we recommend:

  • Shipping to a secure address.

  • Using a PO Box if you experience frequent delivery issues.

  • Monitoring tracking updates and retrieving packages promptly after delivery.
